Cixi double row deep groove ball shaft - shaped raceway plus between the raceway and the steel ball has excellent fit. Double row deep groove ball bearings can not only bear radial load, but also axial load acting in two directions.

Features: double row deep groove ball bearings are suitable for use in a single row deep groove ball bearing with insufficient load capacity of the bearing configuration. For the double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer diameter and inner diameter as the deep groove ball bearings, their width is larger and their load capacity is much higher than that of the 62 and 63 series single row deep groove ball bearings.

The standard deep groove ball bearing is a normal set of radial internal clearance.

Precautions for use:

Starting at low temperature or with high grease viscosity may require a greater minimum load, known as the weight of the bearing, plus external forces, usually in excess of the required minimum load. If the minimum load has not been achieved, the bearing must have an additional radial load.

Bearing capacity of axial load if double row deep groove ball bearing is to bear pure axial load, it shall not exceed 0,5 Co in general. Excessive axial load may significantly reduce the working life of the bearing.
